Exchange & Refund Policy

Last Option strives for complete customer satisfaction. The policy written below applies to all products purchased online through our official website.

Exchange Policy

  • A product/item purchased from our online store can be exchanged at any other Last Option retail outlet.
  • Limited Edition Shirts can only be exchanged through our online store.
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipment cost of the return.
  • Please ensure that the product you are returning/exchanging is intact with all original tags and packaging.
  • All products/items purchased online can be exchanged within 10 days under the following conditions:
    • The product/item received has a manufacturing defect, or the style/size delivered is incorrect.
    • The product/item does not match the original specifications shown at the time of purchase.

Refund / Exchange Procedure

To avoid any confusion, please read the procedure below carefully:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by calling +92 307 7131471
  • After approval of your request, the company will refund your amount through bank transfer. You will be credited for the product/item cost only.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for the refund process to be completed.
  • Articles purchased on “SALE” are not exchangeable or refundable.

Exchange is also applicable one time only.


Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order anytime before the order is processed.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the return and exchange policy will apply.
  • Last Option reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage during processing due to any reason deemed necessary.
  • The company will not be responsible for any damages or losses arising from non-fulfillment of such orders.

Shipping Policy

  • Last Option is not responsible for non-shipment of an order due to unavailability of stock.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and active contact number at the time of order placement.
  • The Last Option management reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; however, some orders may take longer depending on various factors.
  • Please note that our logistics partner may require one additional working day for delivery, depending on your location and circumstances.
