What is Last Option’s associated bank for payment gateway?

Our payment gateway is securely managed through Bank Alfalah.

What are the available payment methods?

We currently offer the following payment options:

What if my payment method was declined?

If your payment fails, please check the following:

  • Ensure your card is not expired.
  • Confirm with your bank that your spending limit has not been exceeded.
  • Double-check that all payment details were entered correctly.
Is my billing information secure?

Yes! Your billing information is 100% secure. During checkout, you’ll be redirected to your bank’s secure payment page, and your information will not be saved on Last Option’s website.

Will I be charged any hidden fees?

No. The amount displayed at checkout is the final payable amount. There are no hidden charges or deductions.

What should I do if I’m charged twice?

How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order by selecting your desired products, adding them to the cart, and proceeding to checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting our support team within 24 hours of placing the order.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery time is 2–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan, but we’re working on international shipping options soon.

Are your products stitched or unstitched?

All our items under the Ready-to-Wear collection are fully stitched and ready to wear.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you with an exchange or return.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
