Exchange Policy

• Products purchased online are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items can be exchanged at any Last Option retail outlet.
• Exchange is applicable only if the product:
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is an incorrect size or style
  • Does not match the original specifications
• All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original tags and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.
