I am Khurram Shehzad, and Last Option started in 2012 out of a problem I kept running into myself. I come from a background in textiles; my family has been in fabric and manufacturing for years, and every time I needed a proper suit or sherwani for a wedding, I found the same thing everywhere in Lahore. Either the fabric was compromised to cut costs, or the fit was never quite right, or the price made no sense for what you actually got. So I built the brand I wished existed.

Because I already work in textiles, I do not buy fabric the way most menswear shops do. I know what goes into a good weave before it ever reaches a tailor's table, and that control over sourcing is the real difference at Last Option. It is not a marketing line; it is where the business actually started.

What We Make

Our focus has stayed narrow on purpose. We make two- and three-piece suits, double-breasted suits, sherwanis, prince coats, waistcoats, and shalwar kameez, all built for weddings, formal events, and men who want their wardrobe to hold up under real scrutiny. We do ready-to-wear and custom sizing, with free alteration if something needs adjusting after you take it home.

How We Work

Every order gets checked by hand before it leaves; fit is not something we guess at. We deliver across Pakistan with cash on delivery available, and if something is not right, our exchange process is simple- no back and forth. That is not because a policy document says so; it is because I would want the same thing if I were the customer.
