At Last Option, we take pride in ensuring that your orders reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Every product is carefully packed and dispatched to provide a smooth shopping experience from our store to your doorstep.
1. Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days for all major cities in Pakistan.
- For remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days depending on courier coverage.
- During peak seasons or holidays, slight delays may occur — our team will keep you updated.
2. Shipping Partners
We have partnered with trusted courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe and reliable delivery, including TCS, Leopard Courier, and Call Courier.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery Charges is Rs. 400 Per Order
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your parcel through the courier’s website or by contacting our customer support team.
5. Cash on Delivery & Advance Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most cities in Pakistan.
- For orders above Rs. 25,000 or self-collection parcels, advance online payment is required.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping options will be introduced soon.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or misplaced, please reach out to our customer service within 48 hours of expected delivery. Our team will immediately coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
