Welcome to Last Option. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. General

Last Option is a premium menswear brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. We offer ready-to-wear and custom-made men's clothing including suits, shalwar kameez, waistcoats, prince coats and sherwanis.

By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

We do our best to display product colors, fabrics and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting and photography.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price at the time of checkout will be considered final.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Last Option reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment

We currently accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer

For Bank Transfer orders, your order will be processed after payment verification.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Same Day Delivery is available within Lahore (selected areas).
Nationwide delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales or due to courier delays.

7. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product received
Wrong size sent by Last Option
Manufacturing defect
Damaged product
Missing item

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.

8. Size & Color Exchange

If the customer selects the wrong size or color, the customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping charges.

If Last Option sends the wrong size or color, we will cover all exchange shipping costs.

9. Design Exchange

Design exchanges are available only at our Lahore outlet.

10. Custom Orders

Custom Sherwanis and custom Prince Coats are specially made according to customer requirements.

These products cannot be returned or refunded. Any fitting adjustments must be completed by visiting our Lahore outlet.

11. Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange is available only if the wrong product, wrong size, damaged product, manufacturing defect or missing item is received.

12. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned product has been inspected.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and product designs, is the property of Last Option and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your personal information.

15. Limitation of Liability

Last Option is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government actions or other circumstances beyond our control.
