Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or order number.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, dry cleaned or have missing tags are not eligible for return.
Eligible Return Reasons
- Wrong product received
- Wrong size sent by Last Option
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product
- Missing item in the parcel
Exchange Policy
Size Exchange
If you selected the wrong size, the customer will pay the delivery charges.
If Last Option sent the wrong size, we will cover all shipping charges.
Color Exchange
If you selected the wrong color, the customer will pay the delivery charges.
If Last Option sent the wrong color, we will cover all shipping charges.
Design Exchange
Design exchanges are available only at our Lahore outlet.
Custom Orders
Custom Sherwanis and Prince Coats are not eligible for return or refund. Customers must visit our Lahore outlet for any fitting or design adjustments.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange is available only if:
- Wrong product received
- Wrong size sent by Last Option
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product
- Missing item
Return Shipping
Last Option will pay the return shipping charges only if the return is due to:
- Wrong product
- Wrong size sent by us
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged parcel
- Missing item
For all other exchange requests, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Refunds are available through:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- Easypaisa
- Store Credit
Exchange Processing Time
Approved exchanges are dispatched within 3–4 business days, subject to stock availability.
